WTO for Dummies

Are you still skeptical about wto? Are you perhaps “SCARED” because you may not know how to navigate the site? Well my slightly illiterate friend Samuel made a tutorial guide on how to work the site, as well as give you a few pointers on how to make the site not so hard to manage (basically if you on a Samuel brain level, this video is perfect for you). This video includes how to work the user console, and a few of the site commands. Sam also went in depth a bit and stated how the chat works and who to be af--- errr show respect for and whatnot.
