At this point we at WTO have been working our butts off to get word out and about. I mentioned before that we are trying to expand in games in order to reach out to different communities in gamers. I may have also mentioned a few good reasons in which you should join us. However I think I left out one really important aspect: We do Gamebattles!
Now I know that some of you “lighter gamers” are probably wondering “What the hell is GameBattles?” Well I guess I’m going to t-a-l-k r-e-a-l s-l-o-w for some of you guys and explain what Gamebattles is. GB is ran by mlg (Major League Gaming) and is the place for gamers to reap there rewards. MLG hold tournaments and other events at there locations around the US. If you are really good (or extremely lucky) you can win some of them and earn prestige and honor (I MEAN THE MONEY!).
However you may need a sponsor (or a fat wallet) because that shit is expensive. Now this is where GB kicks in. If you enter the season and are ranked at least 16th in the ladder, you enter the seasonally tournament. If you go further and pawn in the tournament, you are able to get whatever sponsor (Dr. pepper, Doritos, etc.) that host the ladder that season. With a sponsor under your arm, you can have all of the MLG stuff paid off in full.
So with all that said: Don’t you want to show off ya mad skillz and enter the gb season with us? Your time and effort would be most appreciated and will be rewarded. I know you “Yes im talking about you BOB) are itching to earn a few bucks by just playing video games. Join us and help us conquer the wo---- I mean the ladder! *insert awesome line closer here*
