Okay, things down at the office (WTO) seem to have balanced out a bit. Don't get me wrong, thats a pretty good thing. However "balance" cooperates with "equaling out". We are not going for that. We want the bad mojo down to like 2%, and new recruit rate to like 98% (Thats a 9 to 1 ratio for those of you you suck in math *Glares at Bob*). Some of you guys might be asking "Using a scale reference indicates that you have not only experienced down time in the member count, but also have had a surge of new recruits, so whats the deal?" (Well the smart people might *Glares at Bob*). For this next reference I am going to use a percentage breakdown. 45% of new recruits are jokes and/or illiterate, 35% of new recruits are often mis-tested, and the remainder 10% never show back up. While trying my best to recruit you guys (okay, okay: Bob this includes you) I have to give you a reason to give us a chance. Testing policies have become a bit more stricter, filtering the dull from the dumb. Notable activities are being offered, and a chance at the team on GameBattles (Yes I did mention this again. Might be the most gangster thing I listed). Hurry up and intake you coffee and run to be recruited at wto. The double choco-espresso should make the journey oh so easier (Until you crash, then I will have like five dudes jump you and tie you to a chair in a Barney the Dinosaur costume: Yes, I went there.)
